LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

Our leadership development programme is comprised of a series of group based workshops, embedding the learning with one on one coaching sessions.  The course allows managers to engage in the world of leadership, arming our leaders and future leader with tools for personal and team development.  With an emphasis on development through coaching, our managers are equipped to guide consultants in their careers bringing out the best in the talent that we have in the business.

The journey begins with a self-assessment tool that provides individuals with a greater understanding of their own operating style and how this might affect their performance at work and their impact on teams as well as external customers.  This assessment also encourages people’s ability to see things from other perspectives, valuing diversity and providing a framework for better communication both internally with the team and externally. With self-awareness being a core component of the course, managers are then encouraged to conduct 360 reviews on themselves, engaging with peers, their team, as well as external customers to understand what areas they are competent in and how they can develop.
