Lawrence Harvey are currently partnered with a small Research & Development (R&D) lab operating within one of the most well known fortune 500 companies in an effort to hire a new member of the Graphics Engineering team to work primarily within the Android group.

As a business, they focus on building 3D Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) software. The product is deployed onto mobile devices (iOS and Android).

In this role, you will be responsible for a number of tasks, including:

• The design and development of rendering and animation algorithms to be used on 3D objects.
• Building real-time 3D Graphics applications combining Photography, 3D models and AI.

The successful candidate will have a background similar to this:

• Minimum 3+ years experience developing applications on Android.
• Strong background in Android languages (Java or Kotlin)
• Experience with OpenGL ES, Filament, Vulkan or SceneForm.
