Requirements

• UK qualified
• 2+ years PQE working in Data Protection
• AdTech experience is a plus

Responsibilities will include

• reviewing and drafting data protection terms in contracts, carrying out supplier due diligence, advising on product development and marketing matters and assisting with responses to data subjects and incidents.
• Supporting our accountability obligations: including maintaining records of processing and documenting privacy related decision making.
• Providing first line response: becoming a trusted advisor to colleagues on issues relating to data protection and providing initial guidance to ensure others can carry out their tasks in accordance with our legal obligations.
• Policy development and rollout: managing the drafting of new policies, operating procedures and guidance relating to data protection legal matters for approval, rolling these out across the business and supporting their day to day use.
• Checking compliance with policies and procedures: reviewing compliance with policies and procedures and supporting remediation activities from a legal perspective, and assisting with internal and external audits as required.
• Supporting the development and use of tools and processes: working closely with the teams listed above, developing and implementing data protection processes and tools that will enable privacy practices to be embedded throughout the organisation.
• Developing and delivering training: tailoring and delivering data privacy training as necessary across the business.
