Job Description

Join our client and help advise their clients on utilizing Instant Health Data (IHD), a next-generation healthcare data analytics platform to help improve the quality and efficiency of medical care. Established consulting company with proven publication track record and exciting new health technology platform is looking to grow to the next level with the help of an outstanding Associate Director, Health Analytics Solutions for both their Boston and UK offices.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong interest in healthcare, excellent quantitative skills, and hands-on experience analyzing large, complex databases. The candidate must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills so as to work effectively in cross-functional internal teams and communicate externally with clients. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role with our client. Strong decision-making ability, attention to detail, and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills are equally important.
Serve as lead analyst on a variety of data analytics projects
Provide internal consultant support across a range of analytic projects
Manage selected database studies, on an as-needed basis
Contribute to study design and analytic methodology
Provide writing support for database studies (e.g., proposals, protocols SAP's, reports, manuscripts)
Develop and/or refine programming and analysis standards as well as training materials
Keep apprised of technical developments in the field and share best practices

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (only candidates meeting these requirements will be considered)
A quantitative degree (Master's or PhD required)
3+ years of experience in database epidemiology and/or HEOR consulting
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills
Ability to manage own time and proactively identify prioritized tasks for multiple concurrent projects
Experience communicating with clients
Focus on attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and work ethic for internal initiatives
