Lawrence Harvey have recently partnered with one of the leading Robotics firms based in Canada. Together, we are searching for senior level talent to join their Autonomy Systems team on a full time, permanent basis.

This position is a Team Leader level position, working on the Autonomy Systems team. This is an exciting position where you will be responsible for designing the next generation robot for the business. You will have to collaborate with the various department leaders from around the globe to understand what the “best bits” of each product are, combine them with your own ideas and turn your creation into a reality!

The robot will have to be scalable and production ready inside 18 months. Due to this short timeline, you will be tasked with building a team around you, consisting of Software Developers.

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to the below:

• Must have an extensive software development background. Ideally 6+ years of industrial experience.
• Background writing production grade & scalable C++ code.
• Strong experience within the world of Robotics and Autonomy.
• A strong educational background, Masters or PhD preferred
