AWS DevOps Engineer - Software Platform

A global communications provider is looking for a talented AWS DevOps Engineer to join their growing Engineering team and help meet the huge increase in demand for their software over the course of the pandemic.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring their infrastructure and applications are maintained and developed and help lead the design and build of CI / CD pipelines using a range of different containerisation and automatisation tools within an AWS environment. The company is also keen to experiment with new technologies, innovations and approaches that may improve efficiency, add value to the teams, business, or customers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven in-depth commercial AWS Architect/Engineering DevOps experience.
• Experience using configuration management and automation tools for CI/CD.
• Experience of containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in Python, Golang, Node.js or equivalent and the Linux platform.

Desirables:

• Certified AWS DevOps and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
