Business Analyst - Insurance

Business Analyst working with a leading global insurer operating in the Lloyd's/London markets. Working in a central operations change team you will be responsible for driving change across the group.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
* Gather business requirements across a variety of key projects
* Work with the business to drive change and identify opportunities for operational improvements (acting as an internal consultant)
* Document functional requirements
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure the best solution is delivered

Key Skills:
* Strong business analyst background with the insurance industry (ideally Lloyd's/London market)
* Extensive knowledge of insurance claims
* Ability to identify operational improvement and drive change across the business
