Job Description

Role: Business Case Expert Benefits SpecialistÂ
Contract Length: Initial 4 months contract
Location: Central London (Initially in London 5 days a week but working from home can be arranged)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate to Candidate: £600-£700 per day

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting 2 major programmes
- Need an expert to develop basic benefit management products and transfer knowledge by building skillsÂ
- This person needs to be able to train and transfer skills across the departmentÂ
- Building capability across the client to train and coach they need to be consultative
- Reporting benefits, they need to monitor and manage and report on the benefits that have been determined for the successful implementation of the projects they are doing. Both qual/quant and needs to be robust reporting is a biproduct of a good frameworkÂ
- Public sector ideally this person needs to understand what good looks like in the public sector, breadth and depth ideally across different departmentsÂ
- If they have done financial that's a bonusÂ
- Person has to have worked in a programme team delivering and developing these benefitsÂ
- MSP background and documentation experienceÂ
- Experienced enough to review benefits and tailor it to the departments requirementsÂ

Key skills & experience (with “1†highest priority etc.):
- Demonstrable experience of embedding benefits led approaches and developing business case expertise in a large organisationÂ
- A thorough understanding of benefits management and methodology and practices and business case developmentÂ
- Experience leading projects with significant experience of benefits management.Â
- Experienced in designing and creating benefit maps, benefit realisation plans, benefit profiles and other associated benefits management documentationÂ
- Working with colleagues at Executive and senior management level to deliver benefitsÂ
- Strong analytical thinking skillsÂ
- Competent in developing and using structured processes and documentationÂ
- Experience of delivering benefits training to diverse stakeholder groups
