Job Description

Contract opportunity: Business Process Specialist - Remote - 6 months - INSIDE IR35 - £350-400 per day

Please note: This role is INSIDE IR35, please do not apply if you are not happy working inside IR35

Key responsibilities and duties:
a. Lead end to end PMS process analysis and map existing processes and sub process and the underpinning data flows, capture process gaps
b. Work with cross functional stakeholders to map the to-be processes, data flows.
c. Conduct a gap analysis and document requirements to address the gaps and possible enhancements
d. As PMS process SME, co-ordinate with tech, UX, quality, and regulatory colleagues to enhance interphases like capturing, analysis and reporting of complaints, queries, and feedback and actively contribute in improving overall ways of working
e. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and contribute regularly with suitable cadence for stakeholder & SRO reporting

Experience requirements:
* The successful applicant will have a relevant degree and sufficient experience and knowledge to undertake this work without significant management.
* Familiarity with process management techniques and tools to
* Experience or strong understanding of IVD medical device PMS
* Evidence of expertise to map & design very complex and large processes
* Evidence of experience in working and co-ordinating tasks with extended teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
* Good IT skills (MS Office and Teams)
* Self-starter and quick learner
* Inquisitive and probing nature, with a keen interest in product design and development.
* Ability to assess new technical developments
* Good written and presentation skills,
* Flexibility and problem solver
* Evidence of effective communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
* Evidence of ability to work with critical attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Proven organisational and time management skills to effectively handle conflicting priorities and ensure tight deadlines are met
