My client, the global marketing foresight consultancy, is seeking a CEO for our North American Operation.

Our work covers 50 markets in NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC with offices in New York, London, Madrid, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.

About the role
As a key senior member of the management team and reporting to the my clients WW CEO, you will be responsible for leading the NA business, managing the P&L, running day-to-day operations and leading the aggressive growth plan of this technology-based cutting-edge services organization through Consulting Engagement acquisition and Client Relationship Management.

Basic Role Responsibilities:
Leading NA business, including strategy and operations
Leading NA P&L and achieving financial objectives in line with overall Gain Theory global targets.
Overall responsibility for growing NA revenue and volume of clients in line with Gain Theory's global objectives.
Ensure efficient use of global resources to support margin improvement.
Negotiate commercial agreements with new clients in line with Gain Theory's global pricing models and WPP policies.
Ensure cross sell and upsell opportunities are fully explored with existing clients by identifying opportunities for deepening the client relationship through innovation, and the adoption of new and innovative analytics technologies.
Participate in business development and external industry forums to support new business as well as awareness of capabilities as a leader in this sector.
Overall responsibility for strategic relationship management of key clients.
Build and develop a deep understanding of the client's sector, the strategic issues, new initiatives and the client's competitive position; share this understanding with colleagues as appropriate and act as the source of marketing knowledge for the sector.
Provide ad hoc support to the client, as requested, to solve broad strategic marketing problems.
Active participator at the Executive Committee (ExCo), highlighting new strategic opportunities.
Leadership and External Influence:
Overall management and mentoring of the internal team in their understanding of, and approach to, supporting strategic business objectives; plan and manage the throughput of the team.
Grow the organization to meet current and anticipated engagement needs. Continually assess team capabilities and institute stretch goals to stimulate growth.
Industry thought leadership demonstrated through conference appearances, speaking engagements, and generating external thought capital.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
MS/ MBA + 10 years + relevant work experience.
Progressively responsible roles in Digital Marketing, Consulting Services, Advertising, and/or Analytics.
P&L responsibility in Analytics, Marketing and Insights in the consumer marketing services realm.
Experience developing, shaping and managing analytical consulting service engagements and customer relationships.
Familiarity with various types of data such as planning data, media spend data, DMP data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.
Strong capabilities with event level data and creation of targeted solutions for clients.
Familiarity with various use-cases for data and analytics such as dashboarding, MMM, flighting and budget optimization, path analysis, cross-channel attribution, segmentation, CRM, etc.
Proven experience creating innovative solutions for clients that drive successful business outcomes
Proven track record winning and retaining clients.
Functional and team management of dispersed, matrixed and direct resources.
Ability to recruit, manage and motivate senior managers.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with senior executives in the extended global agency family.
Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, analytics coding, visualization and marketing consulting.
