Claims Training Manager - UK - Travel involved to Leeds (2 days/week)
One of our clients, that delivers on a wide portfolio of next-generation offerings and services and blends their domain expertise with cutting-edge technology, is looking for a Claims Training Manager. They are working on a massive internal project to provide a back-office support for a leading independent insurance broker and risk management advisor with a dominant presence in the UK. The level of the Claims Training Manager is flexible, but London Market experience would be ideal or Claims Training experience.

The business is planning its next achievement with the expansion of its team in the Insurance Broking/Claims department and as the Claims Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in this expansion. As the Claims Training Manager be responsible for the training of colleagues on how to handle claims in line with agreed policies and procedures.

The successful Claims Training Manager will create, own, deliver and maintain all training material and the associated planning and schedules. You as the Claims Training Manager will design and deliver training on all supporting applications for new and existing onshore and offshore colleagues. The business has adopted a hybrid policy for Claims Training Manager role, but there will be requirement to travel when necessary to train staff accordingly (these expenses will be paid).
Requirements:
* Min of 4 - 5 years experience.
* Work experience in one of the following:
o Training within insurance/claims.
* Working knowledge of:
o London Markets: ECF/CLASS/LORS.
* Beneficial:
o Working knowledge or experience with one LOB: marine, property, US and international property, energy, power, construction, specie, aviation, casualty, US and international casualty, A and H, life science, healthcare, cyber, financial products, reinsurance.

Note. The level is slightly flexible so if you're slightly less or more experienced as an Claims Training Manager please do reach out.

Salary - up to £50,000 + pension, health, and life, 25 days leave, etc.
Location - UK - must be willing to travel to Leeds (expenses to be paid)
Duration - Permanent.
