Commercial Legal Counsel - Technology

70k - 80k (based on experience)

An exciting new opportunity has come up has come up in an extremely competitive tech company!

They are looking for a Legal Counsel for their team who will oversee technology transactions. An exciting legal counsel role with great potential for growth, personally and within the business. This role will suit a commercial lawyer who has a focus in technology contracts as well as experience in SaaS and software licensing.

Must have:

• Excellent grades with either an LLB or Diploma in Law followed by the LPC
• 2-3 years PQE (England and Wales qualified)
• In-house experience with a focus on general corporate, technology, SaaS and software licensing matters
• Bilingual (a bonus)

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transaction negotiations
• Manage corporate and company law matters.
• Work on employment law matters, providing HR department and directors with legal advice on employment law issues
