Role: Compensation Analyst

Contract Length: 3 months initially

Day Rate:£400 - £500 (outside IR35)

Location: London / WFH


We looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst responsible for managing a discovery and implementation phase to drive towards the 'to-be' incentive plan for the Commercial teams, needed to support the long term global vision and goals for my client.

Scope of the Work:

Commercial teams of Sales and Sales Management, Revenue Strategy and Operations

Summarise a review of current schemes and participants

Develop and cost a plan for FY2023 aligned to growth strategy and company goals but aligned to market practices and regulatory requirements

Working with the dedicated Project Manager, analyse the change impact at both a business and individual level, to include mitigation of conduct and change execution risk

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Extensive experience in variable compensation / incentive scheme design and implementation

Experience of delivering projects within a global matrixed organisation

Strong analytical skills, able to take structured and unstructured data from disparate sources, unite and equalise data sets and produce meaningful actions and analysis to share with stakeholders
