Job Description
CRM Administrator
Our client is a large housing association, based in London.
Role of CRM Administrator:
- Perform hands-on technical implementation, product development, integration and customisation of applications
- Undertake business analysis aligned to strategic objectives for software configuration and development.
- Maintain and upgrade existing software applications and integrations
- Implement and test new business applications, integrations and enhancements, documenting processes and procedures.
Experience required of CRM Administrator:
- 3 years' administering a Housing Management system and/or Microsoft Dynamics product family OR purchase order experience
- Orchard Housing application or similar Integrated Housing System
- Sun Accounts or similar Finance system
- Proactis or similar Purchase Ordering System
