CRM Administrator

Our client is a large housing association, based in London.

Role of CRM Administrator:

  • Perform hands-on technical implementation, product development, integration and customisation of applications
  • Undertake business analysis aligned to strategic objectives for software configuration and development.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing software applications and integrations
  • Implement and test new business applications, integrations and enhancements, documenting processes and procedures.

Experience required of CRM Administrator:

  • 3 years' administering a Housing Management system and/or Microsoft Dynamics product family OR purchase order experience
  • Orchard Housing application or similar Integrated Housing System
  • Sun Accounts or similar Finance system
  • Proactis or similar Purchase Ordering System
