Senior Customer Success Engineer – AppSec

Who are you?

• Minimum 5+ years of working with Client Services or Customer Success, Ideally within a Cyber Security vendor. AppSec a plus...

•A strong track record in increasing spend, working to farming quota, and working with clients to engage a better service.

• Comfortable leading clients and the product team through implementations and tailoring feedback to Software and Product teams.

•The ability to resign upon the end of the first 12months and work with Professional Services teams within Cyber to ensure client satisfaction.

• Excitement to work in a constantly evolving and high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed.

•A Plus would be working knowledge of API scripting and Python, not essential.

The hire is an Immediate starter, the sooner the better.

The role can be 100% remote or based with 50miles of an office.
