Job Description

My client is a venture-backed IoT security start up that is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be based in their San Francisco office. They are a Gartner-ranked vendor and have recently emerged from stealth mode. This is a key hire for the team, as you'll be a liaison between the technical team and the customer.

You will be responsible for building technical relationships with the customer, addressing all product related questions. In addition, you'll be working closely with the product engineering team, consulting on improvements based upon field knowledge. You will also be tasked with educating clients on new product features and upselling into existing accounts when necessary.

From a technical perspective, my client is looking for a skilled TAM or Solutions Architect with a background in networking, network security or cloud security and a propensity for technical customer support. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and should be a first-class problem solver who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves and dive into a fast paced start up environment.

Regional travel of 40% with office based work at all other times.
