Cyber Security Manager
Location: London (hybrid working)
Salary: £95,000 - £105,000 + Package

The leading financial services organisation are expanding their critical infrastructure team by hiring a Cyber Security Manager to lead on the strategic roadmap for the department moving forwards. Using a blend of technical knowledge, and risk and compliance experience you will work with the C-Suite to create and implement a strategy that will protect their highly valuable infrastructure.

The senior leadership of the organisation see this as the ideal opportunity for a Cyber Security Manager to come in and being the growth journey into a Head Of / CISO role within the next couple of years. Focusing on the development of strategy, tooling, and budget, you will develop a cutting-edge security offering.

What you will do:

• Work along side the C-Suite team to develop a strategic road-map for the security team moving forwards, this includes platforms, tooling's, partners and resources.
• Oversee the security team from a technical security, and GRC standpoint. Ensuring the team are operating withing key security frameworks and regulations (ISO, Mitre Att&ck).
• Provide leadership and development to the wider team including engineers and analysts.

What you will have:

• Extensive experience with the MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, CIS or NIST frameworks.
• Experience working with different security tooling's / vendors (Microsoft, Azure, Cisco etc).
• Evaluate, implement and or oversee the implementation of security tools and services.
• Track record of working as a lead or senior security specialist, driving the maturing of the wider team forwards.
