Cyber Security Specialist
Location: Spain / Remote
Salary: €60,000 - €75,000

A Healthtech startup who are revolutionising the industry are hiring for their first dedicated security specialist who will begin to harden the existing and expanding infrastructure.

As a cyber security specialist, you will help the organization to define a security roadmap moving forwards both technically and strategically. You will be a key player in ensuring the organization can continue their meteoric growth path.

What you will do:

• Liaise with external Information Security Consultants to understand their security assessment reports, translating them for internal stakeholders and designing strategy and platforms to negate potential vulnerabilities.
• Secure the existing cloud infrastructure already in place through the implementation of platforms, tools, and procedures (AWS).
• Design an incident response plan for the organization, providing protection from malicious threats the organization are coming up against.

What you will have:

• A broad knowledge of cyber security e.g. Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Security Frameworks (ISO27001), Incident Response etc.
• Experience in the
• Experience in translating security reports and assessments as well as implementing the security controls necessary to ensure compliance to said frameworks (ISO27001).
• A desire to innovate within technology, utilizing new approaches such as DevSecOps to automate and streamline security processes for the organization.
