I am currently recruiting for a BI engineer to complete an initial 12 month contract, circa £550p/d outside IR35 DOE. As part of the role, you will support the MIS data integration and reporting, focusing primarily on Delegated Authority work.

You must have:

* Insurance/Reinsurance knowledge.

* Strong database design / datawarehousing / data development experience.

* ELT, ETL skills through T-SQL, SSIS, StreamSets, (Optional DataFactory).

* Hands on experience with SSAS (Tabular model cubes).

* Hands on experience with DAX and/or MDX.

* Strong data presentations skills (PowerBI).

* Experienced in data model design using PowerBI.

* Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in development and management of SOX complied financial systems.

* Experience in defining standards when it comes to development and systems' automation.
