Excellent opportunity to join a leading consultancy across the Privacy space as a Data Privacy Associate based in the heart of London.

The consultancy has an excellent reputation working with a strong calibre of clients across a multitude of industries. What makes them unique is their dedicated focus on Data Privacy consulting with a multinational remit and exceptionally close working relationship with the ICO. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of industries leading privacy professionals and dive into depths of a mix of privacy contexts as per below. The organisational structure of the consultancy is relatively flat, allowing for excellent exposure to project management opportunities and ability to progress your career if you wish to focus on data privacy for your future.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

*Provide SME advice to a range of clients on complex compliance and risk management challenges relating to data privacy and information risk.
*Analyse legal or regulatory requirements
*Review and analyse policies, procedures, and governance artefacts.
*Drafting and revising client deliverables-including reports, correspondence, presentations, and written tools such as policies and templates.
*Conduct onsite privacy assessments which include reviewing all aspects of an information security program (policies, procedures, administrative and technical controls, security tools and software)
*Participate in client meetings, such as interviews or presentations, which often include senior executives or directors of the client.
*Monitor and prepare reports on global regulatory developments.


*At least 3 years of experience relating to data privacy and information risk matters.
*Experience performing information security compliance reviews and/or audits
*Certifications are beneficial but not essential: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIPP etc.
Ability to handle complex information, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and within all levels of the organization.
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships and build teams.
