What you'll be doing:

Acting member of the project team, align on data remediations priorities and steer their implementations with the support of the Data Domain Manager to support the roll out of Product Cloud. A pragmatic and problem solver mindset is necessary.

Be the master of Product Cloud data in defining, aligning and maintaining business metadata and related taxonomies so that everyone understands and consumes data easily. Business acumen, classification and writting skills are key.

Assess current dataflows together with the related data quality monitoring processes and design to-be process hand-in-hand with the team to achieve a effective data management. An analytical & collaborative mindset is required.

Build data management guidelines and conduct the change for users across the organization : Brand Companies and Market Companies. A effective communication is crucial.

Set data quality dashboards for the project managers to support analysis of product adoption and data quality processes compliance. Analytical & technical skills is key.

About you:

Ideally have a previous experience in data stewardship, at least in data governance or data management projects

Have a experience in product referentials project is a plus

Have worked within or across relevant functional areas in the FMCG industry: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain

Proactive team-player and a solution finder

Have a sense of priorisation to address what matter the most

Can coordinate multiple stakeholders to define needs, batches and deliverables

Can speak and write fluent professional English & French

Hard skills needed:

Data Management Tools such as Atlan, Alation, Collibra, Data Galaxy, Informatica, etc.

Data Quality dashboard design.

Data lineage with whiteboard/structures drawing skills.

DataViz tools such as Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, etc.
