I'm currently recruiting for an exciting, new customer experience consultancy! Whilst having traditional strategy and delivery models, they additionally have a capability piece around upskilling their clients internal teams. They have various business units which comprise of Saas products, customer insights and are also developing their own Ecommerce solution.

They are already working with household names in the retail and automotive industries and also have plans to branch into financial services, government and utility sectors - they are really looking to disrupt customer experience and digital transformation.

As a Product Manager, you will have a strong understand of marketing and Ecommerce solutions and will have worked on a variety of digital transformations previously.

You will be expected to have:

- A strong background in delivering digital products to connect brand value to consumer value

- Managed a project team succesfully delivering measurable outcomes

- Worked in an Agile environment

- Delivered projects alongside system integrators and technology vendors

- Worked in a consulting capacity (highly desirable)

- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud (highly desirable)

Role: Digital Product Manager

Location: Dusseldorf (Monday-Thursday) and London

Salary: £65,000-£75,000
