I am currently looking for a Digital Product Manager for a 3 month contract based in London. (Please see below)
The Digital services team is responsible for creating new revenue streams for our client. We are searching for an innovative product manager for our digital services team responsible for creating new customer experiences. You will leverage our existing assets, and look for new potential product links across the client portfolio.
You will define and drive our long-term business and product strategy to expand the category. You will be the voice of the consumer in developing usage cases and product features and pricing. Today our client has a large, passionate community with tremendous engagement. You will work to delight, expand and engage this community even more, in ways that drive strategic growth over the short and long-term.
What you will be doing:
You will craft detailed user stories that describe customer and business requirements.
You will be working with cross-functional teams to ideate, build and execute actionable plans to reach our product vision.
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end workstreams to ensure the product out performs competitors.
Grow the revenue potential of the product by researching how other client products can work in combination with FishHunter.
Continually seek new ways to improve the product and how it is positioned in the market to ensure the highest acquisition of customers.
Monitoring a range of customer feedback and using this to inform product improvements.
Monitoring competitor products and services.
Understanding data and user research to inform product enhancements.
Working with product leads, development, design and various business stakeholders to deliver product and tech initiatives.
Leading product prioritisation process.
What you are great at:
3 + years' experience as a Digital Product Manager.
Experience managing products which are supported by hardware, is highly desirable.
Strong track record of managing end-to-end products, taking product features from concept to user-facing launch and beyond!
Strong commercial and business communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to run multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in interacting with and working closely with technical development teams.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams as well as experience of reporting directly into senior stakeholders.
Experience of working in an Agile environment.
Strong collaboration skills.
