Global Business based in Central London - £70,000-£80,000 + travel allowance + bonus!!
An instantly recognised Global business are seeking a Senior Workday Lead to take ownership of the Workday system which is already live. The successful candidate will be supporting and evolving the Workday system globally, ensuring best use is being made across the newly implemented landscape. The global business are looking to deploy enhancements following growth and changes to the operating model. Modules include: Core HCM, compensation, absence and recruitment.
Constant engagement with the business' user base globally (HR)
Direct product strategy
Implementation of enhancements and able to make changes
Provide operational support across EMEA and globally
Work closely with operations manager, helping prioritise items and implement improvements
Partner and interact with the business to understand requirements
Develop the skills of the junior member of the team
Key Skills and Competencies
AT LEAST one end to end implementation of Workday
Skilled in the hands on deliverables of a Workday Core HCM implementation and at least one of: Compensation, Absense management, Recruiting, or Talent Management
Strong leadership skills and strategic view, whilst still having the ability and desire to participate in project delivery
Ability to interface really well with very senior HR leaders within the business
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + travel allowance + bonus + benefits
