Job Description

My client is a leading, Gartner-recognized security vendor that specializes in applying Artificial Intelligence to automate the detection of attacker behaviour and threats in the network. As they go through their expansion phase, my client is looking to build out its Customer Success function, including this critical hire for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success and will be responsible for owning the customer relationship within a number of key large accounts. In addition to driving customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for conducting quarterly customer Executive Business Review meetings, identifying opportunities for renewal and expansion and acting as a technical point of contact when necessary.

It is required that you come from a technical background with a good understanding of networking and security. First class communication skills are a must, and you will be expected to travel at around 30% to client side.

Salary range starts at $135-145k Base + Bonus + Benefits (OTE $150-160k).
