Role: ERP Training Manager

Contract: 6 months with a view to extend

Location: Remote / Swindon

Day Rate: £425 - £450

IR35: Inside

My client is going through an ERP implementation which will modernise and harmonise Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement services.

The Training Manager will play a critical role in the success of the programme by ensuring the training needs for all impacted end users and stakeholders is understood and provided with the required supporting material.

Experience:

-Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Training Lead/Manager leading a "Best in Class" training team of 6+ FTE made up of business staff, contractors and Implementation Partner consultants

-Led the training for at least 1 ERP Implementations (including at least 1 cloud based), covering at least 2 of the following back-office functions: Finance, Procurement or HR

- Experience of working on a major ERP programme across multiple sites in a large corporation or government body

- Experience of acting in a Training Manager capacity responsible for the effective performance of a training delivery team
