ETL Developer (Matillion) Role

The Bank's Data Warehouse architecture is built in Snowflake and uses Snaplogic and Matillion for ETL processing. This role will primarily use Matillion and Snowflake.

Developing new ETL procedures for HTB's data warehouse and maintaining and monitoring existing procedures. The ETL Developer will coordinate with project teams to design ETL specifications based on the downstream Data Warehouse requirements.

Document all technical and system specification documents for all ETL processes, perform unit tests on all processes and prepare required scripts and evidence.

The ETL Developer will provide document all test procedures for systems and processes and coordinate with project teams and users to resolve all requirement issues and maintain the quality of the solution.

Collaborate with the Data Architect to support the maintenance of Data Governance processes within the Bank and continually improve the quality of data within the Bank's Data Warehouse.

ETL Developer (Matillion) Experience

• Must have Snowflake + Matillion
• Data Warehousing and related methodologies (Kimball, 3NF)
• ETL Development tools (e.g. MS SSIS, Matillion, Informatica, Talend)
• Analytical mind, critical thinker and problem solver
• Extensive knowledge of SQL (DDL and DML)
• Cloud Database experience
