Role: Financial Reporting Manager

Contract Length: 6 months initially

Day Rate: £400 - £450

IR35: Inside

Location: North London / Remote (2 days per week on site)

About the role:

-To ensure that the Group's internal monthly management reporting and external annual and interim published consolidated accounts to shareholders and to the US SEC are prepared to the highest standards and within the Group's reporting deadlines.
-To maintain the controls around the Financial Statement Close Process and ensure compliance with SOX.
-To support the Group tax, FP&A and treasury teams with financial reporting and consolidation knowledge.

-Provision of ad hoc reports and analysis for other group functions (e.g. investor relations, Group tax, Group FP&A, Company secretarial, Group treasury and Corporate Finance).

-Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful completion of interim and year end audit.

Skills & Experience:

-Knowledge of IFRS and US FPI reporting requirements;
-Knowledge of SOX, particularly surrounding the group financial statement close process; and
-Ability to analyse complex financial data and present clean and accurate financial reports.
-Large listed group, Big 4 audit, + PQE
