Job Description

The CRM Customer First Data Standards Process Analyst is a first line report of the Global CRM Operations Senior Manager, who in turn reports to the Customer Processes & Operations General Manager. The main goal of the Customer First Data Standards project is to define a single standard and set of guidelines for managing customer data and contact permissions that is both legally compliant and forward thinking in terms of our Customer First strategy.

This will help my client become GDPR compliant for May 2018. This role requires cross department working in order to support the CRM Programme and other Marketing, Sales & Service business departments to define and drive the new requirements and processes that need to be delivered as part of the downstream impact assessments based on the Customer First Data Standards project.

Skills Required:
1) Strong business process mapping experience.
2) Proven track record of delivering business requirements documents for CRM processes
3) Experience of working successfully with technical design teams to ensure that the delivered CRM design matches the business requirements document.

Skills Preferred:
*Support CRM Programme and other Marketing, Sales and Service departments to kick-off impact assessments in each business area to implement the Customer First Data Standards and be GDPR compliant by May 2018.
*Support business workshops to evaluate the CFDS guidelines, and understand implications to people, process, systems and data in each business area.
*Help define detailed business requirements for customer data processes within CRM based on CFDS guidelines and GDPR requirements.
*Help document end to end process flows at data field level to ensure the proper understanding and communication of CFDS business requirements into CRM programme teams in sufficient detail to enable technical design.
*Work with the Global CRM team to ensure alignment to current process scope.
*Ensure project plan and milestone tracking is in place to monitor the business area impact assessments and action planning for CFDS.
