Rate - £360-380 p/day
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver a structured approach to defining the GDPR Business Change requirements for a given business unit in line with GDPR Requirements, Corporate and Organisational Policies and Standards.
*Own the tractability of all business unit GDPR activity against the GDPR Regulations, Corporate and Organisational Policies and Standards.
*Responsible for leading the analysis effort to meet agreed timescales.
*Guiding and liaising with the allocated business unit to define the to-be state of GDPR compliance.
*Oversee the prioritisation of GDPR Business Change requirements for each business unit.
*Plan strategic options by identification, analysis and evaluation together with proposal presentation to senior stakeholders on Business Processes and related improvements
*Drive cost, budget control and quality improvements with a keen customer focus taking overall responsibility for budget management and quality management
*Oversee the management of analysis staff on specific projects and management support to cross functional teams
*Effective stakeholder management and contracting to ensure projects add value and are aligned to stakeholder expectations
*Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
*Sound Understanding of GDPR Regulation
*Proven experience in the operation and analysis of business processes.
*Proven experience for maintaining tractability of requirements across a multiple project of work.
*Demonstrated project management skills.
*Demonstrated business requirements elicitation and clear documentation
*Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
*Logical and efficient.
*Keen attention to detail.
*Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
*Highly self-motivated and directed.
*Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
*Strong customer service orientation.
*Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.
