Global HRIS Manager (Workday)

We are looking for a HRIS Manager to champion Workday. Our client is a FTSE 250 business.

Global HRIS Manager (Workday) Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and support of Workday in business as usual
• Key point of contact for Workday and AMS provider
• Responsible for ensuring Workday follows the internal IT governance processes
• Responsible for providing clear analytics and insights to support strategic and tactical decision making a
• Responsible for understanding the wider People strategy and agenda to provide day-to-day support and contribute to its future shape
• Responsible for the end-to-end change management for Workday, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and business change

Global HRIS Manager (Workday) Experience:

• HR systems knowledge such as Workday, SAP or Oracle.
• Minimum of 5 years HRIS experience (either implementation, optimisation and/or post deployment standpoint)
