Job Description
Global Shared Services Programme Lead required on a contract basis. The role will be to define the strategy for GSS moving forward after a recent stabilisation of operations.
Role: Global Shared Service Programme Lead
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 - 12 month initial
Location: 100% remote working
Rates: £1000 - £1200 per day all inclusive (inside IR35)
The successful candidate:
- 10 - 15 years prior GSS experience for international organisations
- Strong SAP background and experience
- Finance/accounting background
- Experience defining the strategy for GSS and able to mobilise
- Strong stakeholder management, experience having conversations with business leadership teams to design strategy
- Drive value i.e shift focus from 'just a factory' to a 'strategic asset'
- Drive strategy buy in
- Pull on resources
- Automation & task mining experience
