Lawrence Harvey have recently partnered with an innovative Remote Sensing Organization based out of California and Colorado. Together we are searching for GNC Engineers (Guidance, Navigation and Controls Engineers) to join them on a permanent basis.

This company have developed a first of its kind sensing technology that allows customers from a variety of industries to understand a specific geographical location like never before. As an organization, not only are they backed by some of the biggest players in the VC world, they also have a senior leadership team consisting of true industry experts, ranging from Ex Google, Veterans in the Spacecraft industry and even Ex Nasa leaders.

In this position, you will be working alongside a number of highly talented engineers, you will have a number of responsibilities, ranging from utilizing the sensors to understand the position of the spacecraft, coordinating with mission operations to ensure all tasks required of the spacecraft are met, working on post processing telemetry, applying spacecraft reference data and applying to future crafts.

The ideal person will have a background similar to the below:

• Extensive background working on Guidance, Navigation and Controls (GNC) or ADCS (Attitude Determination and Controls Systems).
• Experience working on three axis control systems.
• A background in attitude controls algorithm design and development.
• Experience in Integration and Test Verification open and closed loop.
