Head of Software Engineering Sought on an initial contract basis outside of IR35. This role is remote for the next 6 months.

Lawrence Harvey are working for an Enterprise Scale tech business building some of the most innovative B2C products in the UK currently. This will be managing multi-disciplinary teams as a Head of Software Engineering / Software Engineering Manager.

Head of Software Engineering Role Description;

- Ability to push best practice software engineering methods

- Must have strong Microservices design experience, there is a strong architectural flavour to this role.

- You'll be managing open-source development teams.

- Cloud / CI/CD deployment experience essential

We're looking at candidates from either a Head of Software Engineer / Software Engineering Manager / Architectural or CTO backgrounds, the ability to understanding software challenges and contribute to design problems will be critical.
