HR Analytics Lead

HR Analytics Lead responsibilities;

  • Develop the team strategy to support the roll out and embedding of HR analytics including dashboards, reporting and deep dive reviews using Workday and Tableau.
  • Deliver HR dashboards, data analysis and reporting including requirements gathering, design and development, testing and launch using Workday and Tableau.
  • Coach, mentor and provide guidance to other team members on HR functional and technical reporting challenges and insights.
  • Lead on more high profile and complex projects and activities, for example delivering Tableau capability for HR.
  • Empowerment to develop and deliver the HR analytics strategy.

HR Analytics Lead experience;

  • Delivering a HR data and Workforce Analytics strategy and capability.
  • Using Workday, Tableau and other systems to build complex reports and dashboards.
  • Delivering HR analytics through deep dive and predictive analysis, and generating actionable insights.
  • Communicating and leading conversations with senior leaders.
  • A passion for analysing data and generating actionable insights.
