HR Change Manager
An instantly recognised brand are seeking and excellent relationship builder to join their business, initially on a fixed term basis (12 months) to join as HR Change Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders on the business' journey of introducing a new global HR system. The initial phase will focus on recruitment and helping line manager's source talent more effectively as well as overall process improvement.
This global business has multiple offices, mainly in the south and this role could be based out of any of their three locations with remote working available for the right candidates.
Key Accountabilities
You will be accountable for ensuring business readiness across the relevant teams and understand the impact to users. Working with regional and group HR teams you will ensure change activities are embedded across the business at the relevant time.
Completing detailed change impact assessments
Effective planning of Change Management activities
Recommend improvements off the back of work stream reviews
Skills Required:
Previous leadership experience and strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience delivering behavioural change in a line manager and self-service environment
Significant working knowledge of HR operations
Exposure to delivering global best practices, ideally in a de-centralised organisation
Duration: 12 month FTC
Salary: c. £60,000 (possible flex for outstanding candidates)
Location: Flexible (London, Dorset, Surrey) with flexible working
