My client is an established leader in its field and invest heavily into its SAP technologies they're looking for an excellent analyst to join their newly formed HR reporting team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing hr/people data allowing for effective insight on areas within HR.
The business allows for a great amount of flexibility in an excellent working environment.
- Develop and maintain SAP BI reports.
- Support HR projects by providing accurate data.
- Identify ways for process improvement and automation.
- Effectively explain and engage key stakeholders within HR.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
- SAP BI experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
