Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst's main responsibilities include:

• Mass Uploads
• Pay Day changes
• Bulk Hire
• Weekly & Monthly Pay Review for mass employee Data Loads
• TUPE/ New Business
• Foundation Data - cost centre, location, work schedule and pay scales
• Data Loads - employee data preparation & load
• Organisational Structure & Position creation
• Compliance Auditing
• Data Replication Monitoring & resolution
• Manage Error Resolution - working with HR, Payroll & T&A teams
• Access Issues

The successful candidate:

• HRIS Knowledge - Successfactors, SAP etc
• Data analysis reporting and feedback
• Mass uploads
• Data monitoring and replication
• Troubleshooting and route cause analysis
• Auditing capability
• Customer service - ability to listen and respond in a balance way to challenge and questions
• Solution orientated
• Able to manage own time and prioritise what needs to be done
• Comfortable with data and HRIT, HRIS systems
