Job Description

Key Deliverables for the HRIS Analyst:

  • Mass Uploads
  • TUPE/ New Business
  • Compliance Auditing
  • Data Replication Monitoring & resolution
  • Manage Error Resolution - working with HR, Payroll & T&A teams
  • Access Issues
  • Housekeeping activities and corrective actions to ensure accuracy of data

Skills and experience required

  • HRIS Knowledge …Successfactors, SAP etc
  • Data analysis reporting and feedback
  • Mass uploads
  • Data monitoring and replication
  • Troubleshooting and route cause analysis
  • Auditing capability
  • Customer service - ability to listen and respond in a balance way to challenge and questions
  • Solution orientated
  • Able to manage own time and prioritise what needs to be done
  • Comfortable with data and HRIT, HRIS systems

Please note this is a hybrid working role and will require 1-2 days on site in Northampton per week.
