Job Description

HRIS Analyst needed to help support the business's technical HR function.

Role: HRIS Analyst

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months initial, extensions likely

Location: Hybrid - 2 days on site in Northampton per week, 3 days remote

Rates: £350 - £450 per day inside IR35

Key Deliverables

  • Mass Uploads
    • Pay Day changes
    • Bulk Hire
    • Weekly & Monthly Pay Review for mass
    • Employee Data Loads
  • TUPE/ New Business
    • Foundation Data - cost centre, location, work schedule and pay scales
    • Data Loads - employee data preparation & load
    • Organisational Structure & Position creation
  • Compliance Auditing
  • Data Replication Monitoring & resolution
  • Manage Error Resolution - working with HR, Payroll & T&A teams
  • Access Issues
    • User Access
    • UPN & MyPayslip online
  • Housekeeping activities and corrective actions to ensure accuracy of data

Skills and experience required

  • HRIS Knowledge, Successfactors, SAP etc
  • Data analysis reporting and feedback
  • Mass uploads
  • Data monitoring and replication
  • Troubleshooting and route cause analysis
  • Auditing capability
  • Customer service - ability to listen and respond in a balance way to challenge and questions
  • Solution orientated
  • Able to manage own time and prioritise what needs to be done
  • Comfortable with data and HRIT, HRIS systems
