Job Description
HRIS Data Migration Lead needed to assist with the clients Workday to Oracle HCM Cloud migration
Role: HRIS Data Migration Lead
Start: ASAP (urgent)
Duration: 9 months (October)
Location: 100% remote
Key accountabilities and experience required:
- Design and finalise the data migration strategy
- Instruct HRIS to clean Workday/other system data (incl Talenlink and some payrolls) where corrections are required to support the strategy
- Prepare the data conversion rules
- Run the data migration process (iterative) with support from 2 dedicated analysts
- Ideally prior Oracle data migration experience
- Prior Workday experience a bonus
