HRIS Reporting Specialist (Workday) 12M

We are looking for a HRIS Reporting Specialist to support our HRIS Solutions Manager on Workday. Our client is a global blue chip company specializing in the automotive industry.

HRIS Reporting Specialist (Workday) Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe
• Be a super user for the Workday HCM platform. Act as an potential escalation point for a broad range of Workday HCM related queries
• Be a subject matter expert on Workday Time and attendance functionality. Support existing time and attendance configuration and develop / test / deliver amendments in line with regulatory / other changes
• Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives Data Structures, Business Processes, Time and attendance configuration and Role / Security design

HRIS Reporting Specialist (Workday) Experience:

• Configuring and delivering Workday deployment
• Workday Talent and Performance Management
• Workday HCM
• Workday Open Enrollment
• Workday Annual Merit
