Job Description

My client, a global logistics contract company, and currently looking for HRIS Technical Lead. The role requires 2 days a week on site for a 12 months contract.

Paying between £550 and £600 Inside IR35.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible and overall ownership of multiple concurrent site deployments
  • Ensure all tasks have appropriately skilled owners - both local and project
  • Manages tasks to completion e.g. analysis, business change and communication, build, training, deployment and BAU transition.
  • Identifies risks and escalates issues for resolution
  • Support and manage both project and local implementation resource
  • Provide weekly progress reports for each site in progress
  • Responsible for lessons learnt and sharing centrally with other deployment teams.
  • identify areas of opportunity to improve performance or best practice
  • Excellent problem solving/innovative thinking skills
  • Travel to UK sites
  • Other management tasks as required by the programme

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years' experience with managing similar HR Transformation / HRIS deployments and accompanying change management activities with multiple stakeholder groups
  • A proven track record in business change management, preferably with exposure to Document Management Systems within an operational environment, such as logistics, manufacturing or production
  • Strong knowledge of business change best practice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive change
  • Ability to develop and deliver training material
  • Flexibility to travel to both our head office in Northampton as well as our sites throughout the UK

Qualifications Required:

Relevant technical qualifications, project management qualifications would be beneficial.
