• Build cross-functional relationships to understand interdependencies within the company and identify new and improved ways to support our integrated operating model and culture

• Serve as the product manager for our core digital content and productivity tools including Office 365, Confluence, the Wiki and others.

• Analyse and engage, with a combined business & technology lens, to understand current working practices, platforms, data architecture and opportunities for improvement

• Shape the Content and Collaboration portfolio of initiatives and drive successful delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

Experience

• Ideally someone from a Consulting background - inhouse experience - information architecture (design)

• Experience in the design and delivery of content-centric solutions

• Experience managing a team

• Ability to delegate to and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team of experienced technology professionals

• Willingness to roll up sleeves and apply technical knowledge and experience when required

• Enterprise level experience in architecture and design of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and the Office 365 Suite

• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or similar), and how to best leverage these tools in an enterprise environment
