Job Description

My client are looking for a a hands on Jira Service Desk Analyst to begin a role ASAP. This is a 6 month contract and the client require someone who has immediate availability. This position is mostly remote with occasional travel needed to either a London or Liverpool office to meet with your line manager.

Essential Requirements:

3+ years experience with Jira Service Desk
Experience with at least 2 of the following: Confluence, Groovy, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWS)
Configuration Manager for Jira is a nice to have
