Lead Service Support Engineer - Leading FX Marketplace

A market leader in the global FX ecosystem is searching for a seasoned Lead Service Support Engineer to help lead their established yet growing Service Operations and Support department. Your role will be to provide technical leadership and development of the global support team across their global internal infrastructure to push products and services forward.

The successful candidate will drive the technical and structural roadmap and vision, develop and upskill the existing team by providing mentorship to more junior team members and ensure effective project delivery whilst enhancing the teams' technical capabilities.

This is a London based role, with a hybrid working policy and signed off between £65,000 to £75,000 with a generous benefits package including fitness allowance, family health insurance, and a 10% bonus scheme.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Support Engineer managing and supporting end-to-end IT infrastructure of Microsoft desktop operating systems e.g. networking, virtualisation, cloud, security, end-user devices, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and applications.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Citrix VDI and ownership of EUC service.
  • Experience in a mid-large environment that relies on automation in an organisation of 500+ users.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all seniority levels to drive forward the key objectives of the team and the wider corporate goals across multiple geographical locations.
  • Strong Scripting and application integration experience in PowerShell.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Liquidware suite, SCCM OSD and Task Sequences.
  • Experience working in remote teams.
