The M&A Corporate Lawyer will be joining a rapidly growing PLC reporting into a Director level position. It's a great team to join, small and close knit they often have social evenings together.

Wider experience criteria includes:

- Proven M&A Background

- Licensed to practice in England and Wales

- Any US qualifications beneficial, not essential

- Demonstrable experience advising PE clients in infrastructure or energy

The role is available on a hybrid model (2/3 days in West London office). There is a strong package available to attract great talent including a salary £70,000 - £90,000, bonus, huge pension and wider benefits including private medical.
