Lawrence Harvey have recently partnered with one of the leading Robotics firms based in Canada. Together, we are searching for senior level talent to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This position is a Team Leader level position, working on the Robot Autonomy team. You will be tasked with leading the group tasked with scaling up a promising prototype and working with the senior leadership to turn this into one of the companies main revenue generating products.

Within your first 3-4 months you will be tasked with understanding the current Autonomy System. Understanding where it can be tweaked and improved then, hiring a team around you to achieve the overall task. We are looking for someone who has seen a product through the entire lifecycle (Idea through to roll-out & then maintenance)

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to the below:

• We are looking for an experienced Robotics/ Autonomy expert. Someone with more than 5 years of experience in this domain.
• Experience working on C++ and Python.
• A background working with Machine Learning/ Deep Learning
• A strong educational background, Masters or PhD preferred
