We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Data and Tech team as a Manager, Search Ops. In this role you will be part of the Search Ops group, supporting the tagging, QA, infrastructure operations of Search teams, using technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of driving successful results for the company's clients.
As a Manager, Search Ops you will support a primary media client (Hulu) and a smaller portfolio of other clients, using the available technical services, platforms and tools, and support the client teams run the accounts properly, ensure that data is accurately and fully recording the work done by Search, and coordinating with other internal teams on continued improvements.
The Search Ops group handles large and small accounts, and delivers superior services rapidly. We train our clients, partner with them, and support their efforts in optimizing paid media accounts that deliver successful outcomes for the ultimate client (Hulu, in this case).
Primary leadership of the media client team, and mix of other smaller clients
Ensuring data accuracy through quantitative and qualitative work, such as designing tracking templates, tracking test conversions and subsequent attribution, and correcting issue if needed
Enhance and edit tracking templates for new engines, new products coming to market from engines, and accommodating other new releases
Use debugging tools to monitor tags, clicks, cookie and other elements
Support and train client teams to use platforms and services
Collaborate with search adops team as needed. If Search Ops team grows in LA, possible management work involved.
1-3+ Years' Experience in Digital Ad Operations with Search focus (either Publisher, Agency or Vendor)
Experience with Doublelick Search ("DS"), Marin, or Kenshoo platforms
Previous experience with Tag Management Solutions such as Google Tag Manager or Tealiumn is helpful
Knowledge working with 3rd party vendors such as Marin/Kenshoo/Doubleclick Search, DCM tagging. Personal experience using Adwords, Bing, Gemini (certifications a plus, but recent hands-on experience more important)
