Role: Mobile Application Software Engineer
Length: 4 Months - with a view to extend
Location: Hybrid - 2 days in office Manchester
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: £500 per day

One of my UK public sector clients are currently looking for a Mobile Application Software Engineer. They are recruiting for a Mobile Application Software Engineer to join them on a hybrid basis with travel to their hub based in Manchester. This is for an initial 4-month contract - this does have a view to extend beyond this date.

They are interested in Mobile Application Software Engineers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the Government would be ideal.

Responsibilities:
* Must be able to develop REST APIs using NodeJS
* Must be able to develop and consume relational databases using tools such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
* Must be able to develop and consume NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
* Use strict content security policies and guard against common OWASP attacks.
* Must be able to use Git
* Familiar with working with a CI/CD pipeline such as GitLab
* Must have experience developing for a Microservices infrastructure
